Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and po777 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the po777 website and all related services. By accessing, registering, or placing any wager on the po777 platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

po777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most recently published version supersedes all prior versions. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.

Account Registration and Verification

To use po777 you must create a personal account by providing accurate and complete information. The following requirements apply to all registrations:

• You must provide a valid, active Bangladeshi mobile number for verification, OTP delivery, and withdrawal processing.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and OTP codes — confidential. Do not share them with any third party.
• po777 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including submission of a government-issued ID or other supporting documents.
• po777 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account without prior notice if eligibility requirements are not met or fraudulent behaviour is suspected.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your registered po777 account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact po777 support immediately via live chat.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

po777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Unless specific bonus terms state otherwise, the following conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of po777 and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific rollover multipliers are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per device, and per payment account.
• po777 reserves the right to void any bonus, free spins or associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse — including through multiple accounts, collusion or use of prohibited software.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in their individual terms. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings are removed from the account without compensation.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play Policy

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on po777. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place wagers or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings obtained through technical errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim bonuses more than once or to evade KYC, AML or other platform controls.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other illegal financial activity through po777.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or sports betting markets.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing po777 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

po777 employs continuous fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts flagged by these systems are subject to review, temporary restriction and, where appropriate, permanent closure without return of funds.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, po777's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• po777 is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from use of the platform.
• po777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software. po777 is not liable for player dissatisfaction with results generated by a properly functioning certified system.
• In no event shall po777's total aggregate liability to a player exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension and Termination

po777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any player account at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct or payment terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation or any other illegal activity associated with the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by the compliance team following a formal request.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a third party with legal authority acting on the player's behalf.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request with no breach, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting rollover requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment wallet within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of po777, you agree to first contact support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. po777 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally the parties agree to submit to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism available under the relevant jurisdiction.
